Boost specializes in bringing innovation to the land development process.
Our original mission: to improve student life with the building of affordable, but modern student housing.
Commercial development includes everything from warehouses to fine office buildings.
The trend towards rentals has made the multi-family housing more important than ever.
Boost specializes in stress-free partnerships and championing innovation in the land development process. Each project receives a custom solution based on two things: what your students need to excel, and how your institution can provide that without the typical hassles of development and debt. Together, our founders bring an extensive background in hospitality property management and a financial acumen honed on Wall Street. Their hands-on approach means Boost clients receive all the benefits of their experience.
Boost builds value for our clients, their end-users, and the surrounding communities by transforming real estate assets to their highest and best use in partnership with higher education institutions. With Boost, our clients are able to focus on providing excellent education, instead of pursuing financing and managing development.
Whether an idea is on the horizon and needs to be vetted or a study is nearing completion and next steps are imminent, our team can partner with clients at any phase. Our feasibility services can help you determine if a project is viable and provide the solution that brings the most value to your school and your students.
When it comes to student housing, your focus should be on what students need out of their living space to optimize their chance for success, not how the college will underwrite it. Financing can be the largest risk in development, but not with Boost. We secure financing and navigate all negotiations so you can direct your funding toward other strategic initiatives.
With feasibility clear, Boost works with local government officials to ensure your project gets land and building approval, and maintains municipal building codes throughout development—quickly and efficiently. Entitlement services include: preparation of exhibits and renderings, public hearing presentations, community and neighborhood outreach, special studies, zoning maps, parcel maps and site surveys.
To bring a project to life on time and on budget, Boost selects only top general contractors and architects who understand Boost’s reimagined vision for student-housing. Because of our hospitality background, careful attention is directed towards interior design elements—like creating common spaces and furniture configuration that bring students together—while always maintaining accordance with municipal building codes and regulations. Boost also carries out the marketing plan to pave the way for a successful opening and launch.
Services include: construction management, sustainability, campus planning, sustainability, interior design, housing revitalization and branding.
Boost works with clients to ensure full occupancy and provides ongoing asset and property management services dependent on client needs. Additionally, we're committed to delivering a balanced living experience so students can enjoy life while focusing on their education.
Services include: occupancy, lease management, property management, asset management, and tenant management.
